    • PURPOSE:To aim at suppressing the heat deterioration of clutch oil and sealing members by forming a friction plate of a first friction plate made of a metallic material on its frictional face and of a second friction plate made of a non-metallic material and disposing the first friction plates at the center part and the second friction plates on both sides. CONSTITUTION:A friction clutch 10b is formed of a clutch plate 16 and first and second clutch discs 17a, 17b. The first clutch disc 17a is formed by providing frictional faces made of the sintered metal of a copper nature on both faces of the plate made of a metallic material such as iron and the like and the second clutch disc 17b is formed by providing frictional faces made of paper on both faces of the plate made of a metallic material such as iron and the like. Four pieces of the first clutch discs 17a are disposed at the center part and two pieces of the second clutch discs 17b are disposed on each side part. Accordingly, heat accumulation is suppressed so as to inhibit the heat deterioration of clutch oil and sealing members.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the axial regulating force of a synchronizing ring from affecting upon the tolerance or the like of assembly of a synchronizing device by using a plurality of key members and springs for coupling between a gear spline section and the synchronizing ring. CONSTITUTION:A key body 14a has such a width that it is circumferentially positioned and secured when it is fitted in a second groove part in a gear spline section 16. Due to the provision of a spring 15 which abuts against a stepped part between the key body 14a and a leg part 14e, a shifting key 14 is supported movably in radially inward and outward directions. Accordingly, when axial action is exerted to a synchronizing ring 13 overcoming a regulating force, the spring 16 is deflected in the radially inward direction while it is moved through between both bank parts 14b of the shifting key 14, thereby it is possible to prevent the above-mentioned regulating force from affecting the tolerance of assembly of the synchronizing device.

    • PURPOSE:To make the reaction force untransmitted to a shift lever and thereby reduce the shift operating force remarkably by transferring the reaction force produced by a support ring and a synchronizing ring directly to a clutch hub via an actuating ring. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing ring 15 is frictionally engaged with a spline piece 24, and an actuating ring 16 is frictionally engaged with a connecting ring 25 as well. If so, operating physical force of a sleeve is transmitted to the spline piece 24 from a support ring 14 and the synchronizing ring 15 as synchronous torque. Reaction force to be produced by the support ring 14 and the synchronizing ring 15 is accepted by a clutch hub 11 via the actuating ring 16 and the connecting ring 25, and the reaction force is in no case transmitted to a shift lever. Consequently, the shift operating force is remarkably reducible.

    • PURPOSE:To apply the common use performance onto the assembly performance of the tires for front and rear wheels by installing a differential controller for controlling a differential gear which permits the differential movement between the front and rear wheels and a differential movement generating means so that a relative revolution is always generated during the traveling of a car between the front wheel side and rear wheel side of the differential gear device. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel side output is outputted from the ring gear 34 side of a center differential gear device 30 into which the output of an automatic transmission 20 is transmitted, and a front wheel side output is outputted from a sun gear 31. A differential control clutch 70 for the selective connection in the torque transmission relation between the sun gear 31 and the ring gear 34 is installed. The differential control clutch 70 is constituted of a humid type multidisc clutch equipped with a hydraulic servo-device into which the servo hydraulic pressure controlled by a hydraulic pressure controller 72 is supplied. Front and rear differential gear devices 60F and 60R are installed onto the front/rear wheel driving shaft side, and a relative revolution is generated during the traveling of a car between the front wheel side and rear wheel side of the center differential gear device 30 by making different the gear ratio.
