摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict dew condensation on a display window part by securing heating of the undersurface of a lid body as uniformly as ever while reducing heat effect on a display base plate by a lid heating means. SOLUTION: A lid heater 69 is arranged at a position that allows avoiding of a portion below a display base plate 72 as much as possible. As a result, the display base plate 72 is so arranged as to be immune to the effect of radiation heat above the lid heater 69 to restrict a temperature rise on the perimeter of the display base plate 72 and ultimately dew condensation on the internal surface of a transparent window part 66 attributed to a temperature difference between the inside and outside of the transparent window part 66. The lid heater 69 is provided on a side facing a pot 5 of a radiation plate 53. This enables heating of the undersurface of the lid body 51 in a temperature distribution as uniform as ever during the rice cooking and heat reserving periods.

Furthermore, a heating balane between a pot 5 and a cover body 31 in heat insulation process is established so that after cooking rice approximately at 2/5 cooking quantity of maximum cooking capacity, a heat insulation process is implemented without opening a cover body 31, and when the cover body 31 is opened after the lapse of 4 to 8 hours of heat insulation time, the quantity of dew condensed on the internal surface of the cover body 31 flowing down to the upper part of a body 1 for housing the pot 5 is equal to or less than 3 mL and the amount of dew condensation on the internal surface of the pot 5 involving no cooked ingredient is equal to or less than 2 mL.

Since the heating coil 11 is not strongly bound to the inner frame 7, the heating coil 11 can be relatively easily separated from the inner frame 7, thereby a disposal process of a main body 1 is easy.
