    • PURPOSE:To restore the condition before use of a pressure-resistant member used for a long time at a high temp. and to restore the life thereof by heating the surface layer of said member to the temp. region for forming a solid solution of said member then subjecting the member to cooling treatment by air cooling or quick cooling. CONSTITUTION:The surface layer of a high-temp. pressure-resistant member which is used for a long time at a high temp. and is generated with material deterioration and creep damage on the surface layer is heated up to the temp. region for forming a solid solution. The temp. region for forming the solid solution refers to about normalizing with a ferrite steel such as CrMo steel or the like and to the treatment temp. for forming the solid solution to be executed usually as final heat treatment for various steel kinds. The high-temp. pressure-resistant member after the above-mentioned heating treatment is subjected to air cooling or quick cooling by which the root for the creep damape is eliminated and said member is regenerated. The life thereof is thus restored. This invention is applicable to the main steam piping and superheater pipe in a heat power plant used for long time and the high-temp. pressure-resistant members of the high-temp. apparatus of various other plants.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a gas turbine composite power generation which can change generated output according to the fluctuation of the demand of electric power as a gas turbine is continuously operated, and moreover can be economically operated. CONSTITUTION:When the demand of electric power is large, steam generated in an exhaust heat recovery boiler 02 is fed to a steam turbine through a pressure heater 27 to generate the electric power. On the other hand, in the term of the too little demand of electric power, hot water is obtained in the exhaust heat recovery boiler, and fed from a high pressure fuel economizer 25 to a high pressure hot water storage tank 04 and stored, and the steam turbine 11 is stopped. The hot water stored in the high pressure storage tank 04 is fed to a multistage flasher in the term of the too large demand of electric power, and the steam obtained in the multistage flasher 07 is fed into the steam turbine 11. Surplus hot water not turning into steam in the flasher 07 is fed to a feed water tank 32 by a pump 31 for feeding a necessary quantity of surplus hot water into the exhaust heat recovery boiler 02. The steam having worked in the steam turbine 11 is fed to a condensate tank 18 through a steam condenser 16.
