    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a circuit by connecting a resistor whose one terminal is short-circuited in high frequency fashion to an input matching circuit, and thereby increasing the characteristic inpedance of an input side 1/4 wavelength distribution constant line and decreasing the line width. CONSTITUTION:Assumed the input impedance of a FET 3 as Zfi, and the characteristic impedance of an input side high impedance 1/4 wavelength distribution constant line 6 as ZO, impedance Zin1 observing the line 6 from an input terminal 1 side goes to ZO /Zfi. Equation I can be obtained assuming impedance observing two lines 6 from the terminal 1 as Zin. When a capacitor 5 is provided with sufficiently large capacity, relation expressed in equation II exists between the impedance Zin and the resistor R, and equation III is required to obtain matching with power source impedance 50OMEGA. Therefore, equation IV is required, and the impedance ZO of the line 6 is selected as shown in equation V by substituting equation I. Therefore, it follows that a distribution constant line with characteristic impedance of (R/(R-50)) times is used, and the circuit can thus be miniaturized.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary electrical interference from being produced between an upper layer circuit and a lower layer circuit by shielding an electromagnetic field with a conductor layer by laminating said circuits with said conductor layer held between those circuits, said conductor layer being earthed keeping its state where it is insulated from parts of said circuits other than at least earthed portion of the same. CONSTITUTION:Circuits 2a, 2b of semiconductor substrates 1a, 1b are laminated with a conductor layer 7 held therebetween, the conductor layer 7 being earthed in its state where it is isolated from portions of said circuits other than at least earthed portions of the same. Accordingly, also when the circuit is operated in a microwave range, there are provided between the respective circuits and the earthed conductor layer 7 an electromagnetic field due to a current flowing through the upper layer circuit 2a and an electromagnetic field due to a current flowing through the lower layer circuit 2b. Hereby, there is eliminated electrical interference between the upper layer circuit 2a and the lower layer circuit 2b, and the upper and lower layer circuits 2a and 2b are connected at a connection line 4 so that desired operation is achieved as a whole. Hereby, there can be eliminated unnecessary electrical interference between the upper and lower layer circuits upon use in a microwave range.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize the number of parts, to facilitate the manufacture and to minimize the loss of a microwave by dividing a waveguide type demultiplexer symmetrically to the center along the same plane so that a main guidewave pipe and respective sub-guidewave pipes can be divided into two. CONSTITUTION:In a waveguide pipe type demultiplexer to provide a main waveguide pipe 31 composed of a hollow pipe and plural sub-waveguide pipes 34 and 35 protruded in the same plane direction from the side surface of each main waveguide pipe 31 to constitute band pass filters 32 and 33, the waveguide type demultiplexer is constructed to be divided symmetrically to the center line along the same plane so that the main waveguide pipe 31 and respective sub-waveguide pipes 34 and 35 can be divided into two. Thus, since the main waveguide pipe 31 and respective band pass filters 32 and 33 can be manufactured in a single body in the propagation direction of the microwave, the waveguide pipe type demultiplexer, which is small in the number of parts, facilitates the manufacture and small in the propagation loss, can be obtained.
