    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent propagation to an imitation rock material of a crack even when the crack occurs in a hydraulic material by forming an easily deformable flexible layer between the hydraulic material and an imitation rock. SOLUTION: In the method, an imitation rock material 10 is installed beforehand at a specified place before the construction of a concrete structure. A flexible layer 12 is formed on the rear side of the imitation rock material 10. The flexible layer 12 has waterproofness and deformation following properties as seen in urethane, asphalt, etc., and is applied on an imitation rock factory and an execution field. When the imitation rock material 10 is assembled, steel materials 14 for a timbering are mounted on the rear side of the imitation rock material 10, anchor materials 16 are set up among the imitation rock material 10 and the steel materials 14, and the imitation rock material 10 is supported. When the assembly and installation of the imitation rock material 10 are completed, concrete C for forming the new concrete structure is placed on the rear side of the imitation rock material 10. When placed concrete C is cured, the concrete structure is built while the imitation rock material 10 unified on the surface side of the concrete structure is mounted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks on a form by providing a deformation absorbing layer such as a rubber sheet on the back side of a precast concrete form becoming a product as it is, and absorbing the relative deformation of placed concrete. SOLUTION: A form 1 for forming a wall, a beam, a column, a ceiling, or a floor is manufactured with reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, or fiber-reinforced concrete at a factory, and a deformation absorbing layer 4 such as a rubber sheet is provided on its back side. The sheet-like deformation absorbing layer 4 may be stuck, or an elastic film may be formed by spraying or coating. When a relative change is generated between concrete and the form 1 due to thermal expansion characteristics, drying shrinkage property, and temperature distribution after concrete is placed into the form 1, the change is absorbed by the deformation absorbing layer 4. The cracking of the form 1 is prevented, and the generation of gaps between the form 1 and concrete can be prevented.

When cracks occur in the section decrease part 12, the filler 20 is cut off, and grout is grouted from the grouting pipes 181-1 -184-4 .

SOLUTION: A form 2 is arranged below a chipped face 1a. A humidification port 10 penetrating the form 2 is opened on the lower face of the form 2, multiple bleeder ports 12 are opened at proper intervals around the humidification port 10, and the inside and outside of the form 2 are communicated. An ultrasonic humidifier 14 is arranged below the humidification port 10. The ultrasonic humidifier 14 is connected to the humidification port 10 via the hose joint 16a of a bellows type hose 16 extended from its discharge port 14a. When water mist is fed into the form 2 by the drive of the ultrasonic humidifier 14 after its connection, water mist is stuck to the chipped face 1a in the form 1 to wet it. The excess water mist is discharged to the outside through the bleeder ports 12.

After that a form 24 is erected, being in contact with the underside of the wood-concrete beam 20. After the form 24 is erected, a repairing material 30 such as concrete or mortar is placed (c) into a space between the form 24 and the chipped surface 12. After hardening of the repairing material 30, the form 24 is removed and the wood-concrete beam 20 is removed after the surplus length of the anchorage member 14 is cut, and an appropriate surface treatment is applied.

The upstream water quality and the downstream water quality in the memory 9 are monitored when the channel 7 is opened, and the channel 7 is closed when the difference between the upstream water quality and the downstream water quality becomes a specified tolerance value or more.
