CONSTITUTION:Flexible synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene is blow molded into a desired shape thus producing a tubular body 10 having desired shape. A slit 20 is made with a cutter in the tubular body 10 in the longitudinal direction. Then the tubular body 10 is opened laterally and a wire harness WH is pushed in. When a thin section 11 and a thick section 12 are formed in the tubular body 10 and the slit 20 is made at the thin section 11, a highly elastic wire harness protector can be obtained. By such method, the number of parts is reduced and a wire harness protector having complex shape can be manufactured with low cost.

If gas is still used after the second timer finishes its time count, a warning means issues a warning of that event. In this case, a signal for opening or closing the shutoff valve is generated by manual operation of means 7a, 8a. Detection whether gas is used or not is carried out by monitoring flux pulse signals dispatched by a gas meter in accordance with gas supply.
