摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of inexpensively and readily sterilizing a nutritive solution by equipping a nutritive solution feed pipe with a pumping column, setting an ultraviolet light emission pipe and an ozone generating pipe in the pumping column and providing an air feeding means to raise bubbles from the bottom. CONSTITUTION:A nutritive solution feed pipe 2 is equipped with a pumping column 9 in a branched state and an outer pipe of ultraviolet light transmission is set in the pumping pipe. An ultraviolet light emission pipe 3 and an ozone generating pipe 6 are set in the pipe and an air feed pipe 5 to send air to the bottom of these pipes 6 is laid. The top of the outer pipe is closed with a stopper and an air blow-off pipe 7 attached to the stopper is connected to an air supply opening (air cone) 10 set at the lower part of the outer pipe by an airline 8. The culture bed 9 is made of a rust-proofing thin sheet produced by coating both surfaces of a steel plate with a hard vinyl chloride resin. The culture bed 9 has a built-up structure composed of a main body of bed, bed joint, terminal member for bed and drainage hole member for the culture liquid in the bed. A number of culture beds 9 can be transported in stacked state and used in the culture site after assemblage.
