    • PURPOSE:To remove static electricity of an ink sheet and besides, to obtain traveling stability by a method wherein a conductive ink sheet guide roller is engaged with an earthing elastic component and besides, its detent force gives a moment reversal to a rotary direction of the ink sheet guide roller to a hook part of the elastic component. CONSTITUTION:Electric charge is released by composing an ink sheet guide 8 of a peeling off part from image receiving paper 1 of an ink sheet 2 of an electric conductive material to be earthed. Further, a conductive ink sheet guide roller 7 is brought into contact with a non-ink coated surface of the ink sheet 2 and is rotated without being rubbed against the ink sheet 2. Static electricity of the ink sheet 2 is removed by deterring the sheet 2 with an earthing spring 13 (elastic component). Further, by giving a moment reversal to the rotary direction of the ink sheet guide roller 7 to a hook part 13a of the spring 13, the hook part 13a removes certainly electricity by stable contact even in rotation of the guide roller 7 and besides, since load on the guide roller 7 is stabilized, traveling stability of the ink sheet 2 can be secured without irregularity in rotation of the guide roller 7.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce deviation of a dot by stabilizing a carrying path of recording paper by a method wherein a guide member is provided to a travelling path between a thermal head and a recording paper carrying means, and pressure contact force between the recording paper and the guide member is so established as to be larger than peel force between an ink sheet and the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A recording paper travelling path is formed between a thermal head 3 coming in contact with a platen roller 4 via recording paper 1 and a recording paper carrying means composed an ink sheet 2 and a capstan roller 5 and a pinch roller 6 which are driven by a driver 7 and besides, a guide member 10 pressing the recording paper 1 onto the ink sheet 2 side from the back side is established. Even though peel force between the ink sheet 2 and the recording paper 1 acts on the recording paper 1 at that time, pressure contact force between the guide member 10 and the recording paper 1 is so established as to be larger than peel force between the ink sheet 2 and the recording paper 1. The recording paper 1 keeps always a state of being in pressure contact with the guide member 10 thereby, and the recording paper 1 is stabilized to be carried.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible the limitation of the required number of drive sources to only one and ensure that the subject device is simple and works accurately by permitting a single displacement value conversion device to occupy from the first to the fourth position and also the device to be mechanically interlocked to this action for the movement of a recording head and a pinch roller and the control of a paper feed device. CONSTITUTION:If a sensor detects the tip of recording paper, a motor drives a cam and allows it to rotate until the cam reaches the second position where point B agrees with point O. After the completion of paper feed synchronized with the rotation of the motor, the cam is allowed to rotate until it reaches the first position where point A coincides with point O. The motion of a thermal head contacting a platen under pressure is synchronized with the rotation of the cam. After the completion of the first color recording, the cam is allowed to rotate to the second position. A switching pawl for recording paper transport path is positioned so that the paper is guided to a discharge path. Therefore, after the discharge of the paper, the cam is permitted to rotate until it reaches the fourth position where point D meets point O. The linking joint 104a is displaced to a position where the thermal head is parked further from the platen to complete a recording sequence.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the use efficiency of an ink sheet, by providing a capstan for transferring recording paper at a constant speed while taking up the same and a capstan for winding an ink sheet at a peripheral speed specific with respect to said speed to transfer the same. CONSTITUTION:An ink sheet 12 and recording paper 13 are fed in the direction shown by an arrow D by a platen 14 and thermal transfer recording is performed by a thermal head 11. At this time, the peripheral speed of a capstan 18 is set so as to become 1/n (n is a positive integer of 1 or more) the peripheral speed of a capstan 15 and the ink sheet 12 is brought into contact with the capstan 18 under pressure by a pinch roller 19 and stably transferred at a transfer speed 1/n the transfer speed of the recording paper 13. After the recording of the first color is finished, the head 11 is spaced apart from the platen 14 and the pinch roller 19 is also spaced apart from the capstan 18 and the recording paper 13 is transferred to the recording start position of the first color. At the same time, the ink sheet 12 is taken up to the recording start position of the second color by a take-up reel 21 to perform the recording of the second color. By this constitution, the use efficiency of the ink sheet can be enhanced.
