    • PURPOSE:To display the temperature of an iron base after an electric iron is used and to prevent an accident of a burn and the like by providing a display means to display the temperature of the iron base; a detecting means to detect the power source feeding time and the no feeding time, and to deliver a signal to a control means; and a power source means to charge when the power source is being fed, and to be a backup power source when the power source is not being fed. CONSTITUTION:Since an electric charge is given to a power source means 4 when a power source is being fed, the power source means 4 begins to feed the power source under the condition the power source is not fed. However, since a detecting means 5 detects that the power source is not fed, and outputs to a control means 3, the control means 3 does not feed the current to a heating means 7, but inputs only the output signal from a temperature detecting means 1, and displays it on a display means 2. And when the power source in not being fed, the temperature of an iron base 8 is lowered gradually. The control means 3 inputs constantly the signal of the temperature detecting means 1 which is contacted to the iron base 8, and outputs it to the display means 2. The display means 2 which received the signal from the control means 3 displays the input value. And when the temperature of the iron base becomes to the value not dangerous to the human body, all the display is put out, informing that it is not dangerous by touching.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the judgement and display of lead-acid battery voltage by making a comparison between a plurality of the predetermined voltage values sequentially set with a control means during the charging and discharging of the battery, and the voltage value thereof. CONSTITUTION:A lead-acid battery 1 is set within a cleaner body 2 and used as a power supply 9 therefor. A detecting means 3 detects whether the cleaner body 2 is connected to a charging means 4, and further detects the charging state of the lead-acid battery 1. A display means indicates the voltage of the battery 1 in a plurality of steps on the basis of a signal from a control means 6 during charging and discharging processes. A comparison means 7 makes a comparison between the voltage of the battery 1 during charging and discharging process, and a plurality of the predetermined voltage values, and a comparison signal is outputted from the control means 6. This control means 6 sets a plurality of the voltage values to be compared with the comparison means 7 on the basis of an output signal from the detecting means 3, by means of resistors R1, R2, R3 and R4, and sends a signal to the display means 5, according to a signal from the comparison means 7. The charging means 4 performs a charging process with the lead-acid battery 1 set to the cleaner body 2.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically extinguish a cooking stove when a user does not return to the cooking stove site within a specified time period after the user has left, by providing a judging processor which judges the outputs from a timer and a human body sensor and the information from an operating device, and issues a signal to a burner controller so as to regulate the burning power. CONSTITUTION:During cooking, when a user presses an operating switch 2a when leaving from a cooking stove for a while, a judging processor 4 starts a timer 3, and simultaneously begins to monitor the output signal from a human body sensor 1 and the time-up output signal from the timer 3. Then, when the user returns within the set time period, the human body sensor 1 detects it and issues a signal to the judging processor 4 so that the timer 3 is turned off and the time counting is reset. On the contrary, when the user does not return within the set time period, the timer 3 issues the time-up output signal, and the judging processor 4 issues a signal to a burner controller 5 so as to extinguish the cooking stove. The burner controller 5 drives a motor 5a, that is connected to an operating knob 2b, through a driving circuit 5b in a direction of the extinguishment, so that the cooking stove is extinguished.
