摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject coated material having a large scattered light transmittance and used for culturing grapes, tobacco or soft vegetables such as lettuce by forming a coating film originated from a specific delustered composition on a polyolefin resin film. SOLUTION: This coated material is obtained by forming a coating film originated from a delustered composition containing a thermoplastic resin binder and inorganic and/or organic particles having an average particle diameter of 1-7 μm on at least one surface of a polyolefin resin film. The coating film originated from the delustered composition preferably has a solid coating content of 0.1-10 g/m . In the coating film originated from the delustered composition, the inorganic and/or organic particles are compounded in an amount of 5-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin binder solid content.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition giving coating films having excellent scratch resistance, chemical resistance and stain resistance and not generating cracks, etc., on its processing by using an acrylic-silicone block polymer as an active hydrogen-containing component. SOLUTION: This scratch-resistant coating composition comprises (A) an active hydrogen-containing acrylic-silicone block polymer comprising (i) a polydimethylsiloxane block unit having a mol.wt. of 1000-50000, (ii) at least one kind of repeating units of formula I (R is H, methyl; R is an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an alkoxyalkyl), and (iii) at least one kind selected from repeating units of formulas II and III (R is H, methyl; R is H, a hydroxyl group- containing alkyl; R is H, an alkyl), and (B) a polyisocyanate. The component (i) is preferably contained in an amount of 0.1-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the component (ii) and (iii). The components A and B are preferably used so that the equivalent ratio of the active hydrogen atoms in the component A to the isocyanate groups in the component B is 1:1.2 to 1.2:1.

CONSTITUTION: In a polyolefinic laminated film having a three-layered structure, the outer layer thereof is composed of low density polyethylene and the vinyl acetate unit content to the whole is below 10wt.% and the intermediate layer thereof is based on an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a lithium aluminum compd. represented by formula [Al2 Li(OH)6 ]n X.mH2 O (wherein X is an inorg. or org. anion, n is the valency of an anion X and m is 3 or less) is used in a resin component wherein the vinyl acetate unit content to the whole is 10-18wt.% with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the components. The inner layer thereof is constituted of a resin mixture of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and low density polyethylene.

The polyesteramide resin is obtained, for example, by mixing at least either an aliphatic aminocarboxylic acid or an aliphatic lactam with an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic diol, subjecting the mixture to a dehydration reaction, and polymerizing the product in a vacuum. Alternatively, it is obtained by mixing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid with an aliphatic diol and an aliphatic diamine, subjecting the mixture to a dehydration reaction, and polymerizing the product under reduced pressure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling composition for inhibiting aquatic fouling organisms from sticking to underwater structures, for example, a plurality of inclined plates for soil sedimentation in the sedimentation tank into which the river water is introduced for tap water, or the water tanks in buildings or the inner surface of the marine water inlet pipe for marine water cooler installed in the thermal power station or the nuclear power plants along the beach shore or in the instrumention's utilizing marine water. SOLUTION: The above-stated inclined plates, the water tanks, the pipes for introducing marine water and the instrumentation utilizing marine water are mainly made of rigid vinyl chloride products. These structures are preliminarily coated with an active energy ray-curable composition or a thermally polymerizable composition containing polyethylene oxide or polypropylene oxide and cured thereby prohibiting fouling organisms from sticking thereto. In addition, when fine particles of silver or silver oxide are dispersed in the composition, the fouling organisms can be prohibited from fouling semi-permanently. The labor for removing the fouling organism cant be saved and the effect of prohibiting water pollution also can be expected.
