    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nonwoven fabric excellent in an ion-permeating property, a gas-permeating property, a liquid-permeating property, etc. and applicable to various applications.
      SOLUTION: The method for producing the nonwoven fabric comprises a fiber web-forming step for forming a fiber web by using a thermoplastic resin fiber composed of a thermoplastic resin and a heat-resistant fiber composed of a resin having a high melting point or carbonization temperature higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin fiber, a aggregation step for melting only the thermoplastic resin fiber to lose a fiber form, aggregating the melted thermoplastic resin in intersecting points of the heat-resistant fiber and forming aggregated fiber web by blowing hot air to the fiber web and a coagulating step for coagulating the aggregated thermoplastic resin under pressure-free conditions.
