    • PURPOSE:To perform an efficient testing of thermal fatigue by a method wherein a test piece and a nozzle are put together and inserted into an autoclave to ensure that high and low temperature pure waters will hit the testing surface without changing from the set temperature and flow along the surface. CONSTITUTION:A test pice 1 is mounted on chucks 2 and 3 and fixed on a load frame. A member 4 having a pure water inlet nozzle 5 and a pure water outlet nozzles 6 and 6' is provided in the perimeter of a gage section of the test piece 1. The member 4 has a sector-shaped section divided in four circumferentially. When these four sections are assembled, the internal surfaces consitutes a curved surface wth the radial distance equal from the surface of the test piece. Cylindri- cal autoclaves 8 and 8' are provided above and below the member 4. To maintain the pressure in an autoclave, a cooling cell 10 is provided behind on O ring on the internal surface of the autoclaves 8 and 8' so as to contact the chucks 2 and 3. Another cylindrical autoclave 12 is provided outside these autoclaves. The autoclave 12 is provided with a pure inlet nozzle 13 and a pure outlet nozzle 14.

    • PURPOSE:To give a desired change in a delay amount only either leading or trailing edge of a pulse signal waveform, by connecting a diode in parallel with a resistor of an integrating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A resistor R1, variable capacitance diode D1 of an integrating circuit, and a resistor R2 and a variable capacitance diode D2 are connected in parallel between differential amplifier circuits IC1 and IC2 of emitter coupling and an amount of delay is made variable since the integrating constant is changed with a variable voltage source VD. Since a diode D3 is connected in parallel with the resistor R1, the diode D3 exists normally at the leading edge (rise) of a pulse signal inputted from an input terminal IN and the capacitance of the diode D1 is charged rapidly. The diode D3 is biased reversely at a trailing edge (fall) and the charge charged in the variable capacitance diode D3 is discharged through the resistor R1 according to a prescribed time constant.
