摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation with the amplitude of vibration of an outer drum minimized for diminishing the abnormal noise generated when the rim of the outer drum knocks at an outer frame, and for making the products compact in size with a minimum gap between the outer drum and the outer frame by a method wherein a rotary base is provided between the outer frame and the outer drum, and the outer drum is hung by a rotary supports and hanging rods in an anti-vibrator manner. CONSTITUTION:An outer drum 6 is supported in a box type outer frame 1 made of steel plate in an anti-vibration manner by hanging rods 2 and anti- vibration springs 3, and rotary beams are solidly fixed on the outer drum via a rotary base 4. The distance L1 between the upper end of the anti-vibration spring 3 and the upper end of the outer drum 6 can be shortened by providing the rotary base 4 so that the amplitude of vibration is extremely reduced even at the upper end of the drum where the maximum amplitude is produced when the outer drum 6 vibrates. As a result, the gap G of the outer frame 1 is allowed to be small and the products can be made compact in entire size.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the drying unevenness and improve the drying efficiency by improving the movement of dried clothes in the innermost direction of a rotary tank by tilting the revolution axis line of the rotary tank so that the opened port part side of the rotary tank is slightly lifted up and introducing hot air into the rotary tank from the opened port part of the rotary tank. CONSTITUTION:The revolution axis line of a rotary tank 7 is inclined so that the opened port part side of the rotary tank 7 is slightly raised, and hot air is introduced into the rotary tank 7 from the opened port part of the rotary tank. In other words, in the drying process, a basket 7 is revolved at a low speed by a drying motor, and since theta is tilted nearly 75 deg., the clothes in the basket 7 is lifted in the revolution direction, and naturally dropped in the vicinity of the uppermost part of the basket 7, and dropped in the innermost part in comparison with the position where the basket 7 is lifted up at first. Therefore, the mixing of the clothes, i.e., replacement of clothes is improved, and hot air contacts clothes uniformly. Since the movement of the dried clothes in the innermost direction of the rotary tank 7 is executed sufficiently, the drying unevenness is prevented, and superior drying is achieved.

As a result, an each coping is ensured with the installation work, the increment of the unmanned cars, the alteration of the layout and others.
