The lower push lever 31 has an internal thread part 31c screwed with the upper push lever, at the end, and a push lever body part 31b extending continuously from the internal thread part. The internal thread part 31c and the push lever body part 31b are integrally formed by press-forming method using a single plate member.

In addition, the plunger engaging part of the trigger arm is engaged with the plunger or a member in the vicinity of the plunger, thereby preventing the trigger arm from returning toward the push lever. A non-operating state of the trigger valve is kept by preventing the trigger arm from coming into contact with the push lever.
