摘要： PURPOSE:To make driving of a pile in a position close to a boundary feasible by incorporating a slant device in a chassis and by making, at the same time, the width of the chassis nearly narrower than the width of a casing driver main body. CONSTITUTION:To the inside of a cylindrical pat 3a of a foundation frame 3 connected to a casing driver main body 1, a beam 4 is fitted in and is connected thereto with a pin 6. To the front end of the beam 4, a base frame 9 is rotatably attached with a pin 7. A vehicle-chassis 10 in width W1 smaller than the width W of the main body 1 is detachably fixed to both the frames 3 and 9 with pins. In case of normal excavation work, rotational reaction is removed with one of side frames 14 put, through a batten 47, to the side of a crawler 12 of an inner-drilling excavator 11. In the case where a truck- mounted concrete mixer is mounted on the vehicle-chassis 10, the side frames 14 are positioned aslant with an oil-hydraulic cylinder of a slant device incorporated in the side frames 14 extended.

A disc is divided into three sections 4a-4c, etc., to form weep channels 13 respectively among them, and the bottom of the second kelly-bar 2 having receiving surface 2a is brought into contact with the upper surface of the buffer material 4. A buffer material 6 similar to the buffer material 4 is also fixed to the receiving surface 2a of the kelly-bar 2 with fixed screws 7, and the bottom of outer kelly-bar 3 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the buffer material 6. According to the constitution, noises are prevented, and the kelly-bar wear can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate centering and transferring when a digging work is conducted by using one plate of a set of two pile centering steel plates, conducting beforehand the next pile centering with the other steel plate, and enabling the next digging right after the completion of the preceding digging. CONSTITUTION:A casing driver for the pressing in and pulling out of a large diameter steel pipe pile, when it grasps a casing and conducts pressing in/pulling out, is needed to be set to a pile center. Therefore, pile centering is set by using two positioning steel plates 20 through the positioning of the other steel plate at the next pile position, while the casing driver is fixed by being suspended with a crane, on one steel plate already positioned, and a digging work is being conducted. And the casing driver is set on the other steel plate at the time of the completion of the preceding pile digging, and at the same time, one steel plate is again set at the next pile position. As a result, easy centering and transferring can be done.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of inner excavation work by permitting the penetration of casing even into hard ground and by preventing the accompanied revolution of soil by a method in which, a fixedly installed type casing rotary penetrator is used and the excavating position is set below the casing. CONSTITUTION:A casing 3 having a rotation force transmitter 7 on its top is penetrated in a turning or rocking manner by a rotary penetrator 2. A casing 3 is pulled up to the position before the penetration and turned and at the same time an excavating bucket 6 attached to the lower end of a kelly bar 5 is turned through a part 8 to be transmitted with rotation force by utilizing the rotation force of the casing 3 to excavate the ground below the casing 3. By repeating these operations, the casing 3 is penetrated. An excavator may be repeatedly operated in preference to the casing 3 for penetrating the casing 3 or inner excavation may be made under a condition that a head is provided for groundwater by packing water into the casing 3.
