      SOLUTION: The information processing device is used as a server for executing the registration processing of image data received via a network to the data base. The information processing device temporarily stores received data in a storage section, acquires information for determining whether the data stored in the storage section can be registered into the data base from a user having an access privilege to the data base, selects from the storage section only the image data determined as registration allowable data based on the analysis of the acquired information, and registers them into the data base. In this constitution, the severe access control is performed without relying on information such as a user ID and a password that possibly is leaked.
