SOLUTION: A base body 90 of a blade 54 is provided with a base part 92 on one end side in a transverse direction and is formed with perforated parts 96 in an intermediate part of the transverse direction. The perforated parts are pierced with many pores at specified intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base body and the base body is made liable to bend at these perforated parts. The base body is formed with a blade part 102 by covering the perforated parts and the front end with a rubber-like elastic member 100. The rubber-like elastic member prevents the passage of air or the like through the base body when the front end of the blade part is brought into sliding contact with the peripheral surface of the roller by closing the pores. The front end of the blade part is adapted to make it possible to obtain desired linearity and to come into tight contact with the peripheral surface of the roller, etc.

When the timer is timed up, the driving of a motor 154 (or 156) on a side where a reel to which the roll film is taken up is rotated is stopped at this time. Simultaneously therewith, a buzzer 158 and a lamp 160 are actuated to inform an operator of the finish of the processing.

Then, a pulse encoder rotating by following the rotation of the motor 24 is provided, and the driving time of the motor 24 is controlled according to the revolving speed of the rotary disk 28 of the pulse encoder. The revolving speed of the rotary disk 28 is obtained by counting a pulse signal outputted by a discrimination part 28A in a control part 30. In the case a pulse counted value attains a previously set counted value, rotating and driving the motor 24 is stopped.
