      SOLUTION: The recording medium library apparatus X1 is provided with: the recording medium magazine provided with a plurality of recording media 10 and a storing part 20 storing these media; a drive 30 performing recording and reproducing for the recording medium 10; and a transport means 40 transporting the recording medium 10 between the storing part 20 and the drive 30. The recording medium 10 includes a recording function part and a handling function part 12 being integrated with the recording function part and having a recessed part. The storing part 20 has a support part abutted on the handling function part 12 and supporting the recording medium 10. The transport means 40 is provided with a movable part performing delivery and receipt of the recording medium between the transport means 40 and the storing part 20 and delivery and receipt of the recording medium 10 between the transport means 40 and the drive 30, the movable part has click parts 43, 44 being able to engage with the recessed part of the handling function part 12.

    • PURPOSE:To attain synchronizing pull-in with a margin even at a start of an input signal by synchronizing an input signal at its input forcibly at a wide lock range through frequency/phase difference comparison and oscillating a signal for a prescribed time at a prescribed period with phase comparison at the end of input signal. CONSTITUTION:At the input start of the input signal, a PLL circuit is synchronized with the input signal forcibly at a wide lock range via a frequency/phase difference comparison means (frequency/phase comparator) 60. Moreover, at the end of input signal, the synchronization with the input signal for a prescribed period is kept by the phase comparison via a phase comparator 1. Thus, the synchronization pull-in with a margin is attained even at the input signal start and the frequency is changed gradually to the self-running frequency at the end of input signal.
