    • PURPOSE:To change proportional pressure reducing characteristics while avoiding the unnecessary operation of plug members by connecting a pair of right and left plug members integrally and also connecting a variable fluid pressure means to an enclosed spring chamber. CONSTITUTION:The open ends of valve housings 181 and 182 of first and second proportional reducing valves 51 and 52 are connected to each other so as to form a housing 18 common to rear wheel side first and second hydraulic pressure systems 41 and 42 by these valve housings 181 and 182. Also a spring chamber 40 is formed by enclosing a space between the both housings 181 and 182, and a screw shaft 41 provided at one of the inner ends of the plug members 241 and 242 of the first and second proportional reducing valves is screwed into the other end so as to connect them coaxialy and integrally with each other in the spring chamber 40. Then the one end of a pipe 42 is connected to the spring chamber 40, and a variable fluid pressure means 43 to output a fluid pressure which increases according to increase in vehicle weight is connected to the other end. Thus the unnecessary operation of the plug members 241 and 242 can be avoided in changing proportional pressure reducing characteristics.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a hydraulic pressure circuit in a vehicular suspension device capable of controlling the posture of a vehicle.
      SOLUTION: A vehicular suspension device 1 has a coil spring 6 to elastically receive the vertical motion of a wheel with respect to a vehicle body between an upper spring seat 11 provided on the vehicle body side, and a lower spring seat 12 provided on the wheel side. The lower spring seat 12 is constituted as an expandable spring seat 12A which is hydraulically movable so as to expand the coil spring 6 along the axial direction, and a gear pump 20 capable of controlling the posture of the vehicle by feeding the hydraulic pressure from one spring seat to the other is provided between the expandable spring seat 12A arranged at one wheel position and the expandable spring seat 12A similarly arranged at the other wheel position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a heat pull to a knuckle from a damper rod, and to improve heating efficiency of a pressure medium by a heat source by interposing a heat insulating member between the damper rod vertically movably inserted into a damper main body from below and a cylindrical case connected to this damper rod. SOLUTION: When a case 8 is directly connected to a damper rod 2, the damper rod 2 and a knuckle N are thermally connected through the case 8 and a bracket 12. Here, since the knuckle N has large heat capacity and functions as a heat sink part, a heat pull to the knuckle N from the damper rod 2 is caused, so that even if a heat insulating layer 8c is arranged, heating efficiency of a pressure medium by an electric heater 10 is not improved. Then, the damper rod 2 and the case 8 are connected through a heat insulating member 17 such as a urethane resin and rubber. Heat conduction between the damper rod 2 and the case 8 is cut off by the heat insulating member 17 to restrain the heat pull to improve heating efficiency of the pressure medium by the electric heater 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by joining a piping member of a coolant connected to the jacket part for flowing the coolant to a suspension arm for connecting a damper in a damper device for operating the damper to the elongating side by vapor pressure of a pressure medium by heating/vaporizing the pressure medium. SOLUTION: A liquid phase pressure medium (a) in a pressure chamber 13 is heated/vaporized to increase vapor pressure in the pressure chamber 13 to push down a damper rod 2 by the vapor pressure. Thus, a damper is operated to the elongating side to raise a car height. The jacket part 22 is formed in such a car height adjusting part 11, a reserve tank 23 for storing a coolant and a pump 24 are arranged in a sub-frame SF, and a piping member 25 connected through a flexible hose 25a to both connecting ports 22c of the jacket part 22 is joined to a suspension arm 9 for connecting the damper. The suspension arm 9 is made to function as a heat radiating fin, and the coolant warmed by the jacket part 22 can be cooled by the air-cooling action by a driving wind.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature-compensating function by which a fluctuation of the height of a vehicle caused by an open-air temperature is prevented, in case that a pressure source for adjusting the height of the vehicle of a heat/pressure convertible type is incorporated integrally with a damper. SOLUTION: A case 9, connected with a damper rod 2, is installed outside a damper body 1 with a free motion in the upward or downward direction, and a pressure chamber 10, in which a pressure medium changing reciprocally from a vapor phase to a liquid phase is sealed tightly, is formed between the damper body 1 and the case 9. The pressure medium is vaporized by the heat from a heating chamber 14 where a heated heat medium is run, and thereby the height of a vehicle is raised by the internal pressure of the pressure chamber 10. The circumferential surface of the case 9 is covered with a thermal insulating material 9c, and a cooling fin 9b is formed on a part of the case 9 where the thermal insulating material is not covered. A cover 16, which covers a forming part of the cooling fin 9b, is installed, and the cover 16 is supported with a support member 17 comprising a coil-spring shaped bimetal, and then the cooling fin 9b is exposed to the outside by raising the cover 16 following the raise of an open-air temperature. The increase of an entering heat amount into the pressure chamber 10, resulting from the raise of an open-air temperature, is compensated by the increase of a radiating heat amount fro the cooling fin 9b, to thereby obtain a temperature compensating function.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use waste heat so as to supply a heat medium to a heat using apparatus by arranging a heat exchanger, which heats the heat medium to be fed to the heat using apparatus by means of heat of cooling water, in the outer circumference of a pipe arranged in the downstream side of a thermostat arranged in a cooling water circuit of an engine so as to return the cooling water to the engine. SOLUTION: A vehicle damper 2 provided with a vehicle height adjusting function is constructed so that its height adjustment is carried out by using waste heat of an engine 1. That is, a heating chamber 28 is formed between the outer circumferential face of a jacket 27, which is arranged in the inner circumference of the lower end part of a case 25 in the damper 2, and the inner circumference face of the case 25, and a heat medium is let flow into the heating chamber 28. In this way, a pressure medium in a liquid sump part 26a is vaporized so as to increase an internal pressure of a pressure chamber 26, and by means of this internal pressure, a damper rod 20 is lowered. A heat exchanger 4, which is arranged in the outer circumference of a connecting pipe 3d in a cooling water circuit 3 of the engine 1, is connected to the heating chamber 28 via a pipe, so that a circulation circuit 5 is formed, and then, the heat medium is circulated by means of an action of a pump 5a so as to heat the heating chamber 28.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer the heat of the refrigerant flowing in a heating chamber to the medium in the pressurizing chamber by providing corrugated fin members in contact with an outer shell and an inner shell in the heating chamber which is a space between the outer shell and the inner shell, and to improve both the heat conductive efficiency and the strength. SOLUTION: A space between an outer shell 1 and an inner shell 2 constitutes a heating chamber 3, and the cooling water to cool a motor in an electric vehicle flows from an inlet port 3a of the heating chamber 3 to an outlet port 3b. The inner shell 2 constitutes a pressurizing chamber 4, and stores a bellows 5 to constitute an oil chamber 7, and the oil chamber 7 is compressed with the vapor pressure of the medium in the pressurizing chamber 4 to generate the hydraulic pressure. Fin members 8 in contact with the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 2 are provided in the heating chamber 3 so that the inner pressure in the pressurizing chamber 4 is received even by the outer shell 1 through the fin members 8, and the heat conductive efficiency from the cooling water to the inner shell 2 is improved thereby.
