    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating composite container consisting of a paper cup as an outer packaging body and a plastic cup as an inner packaging body and capable of preventing any burnt deposit on any portion of the paper cup, in particular, on a rim of the bottom of the paper cup without any leakage when the content in the container is heat-cooked in a microwave oven.
      SOLUTION: The heat insulating composite container has a double structure with the paper cup as an outer packaging body and the plastic cup as an inner packaging body integrated with each other. The paper cup consists of a barrel member and a bottom member. The barrel member mainly constitutes a barrel portion, and its lower end is folded back inwardly to form a fold-back portion. The bottom member mainly constitutes a bottom face part, and its outer peripheral edge part is bent downward substantially at right angles to form a bent portion. The bent portion is held by the fold-back portion of the barrel member and a lower end of the barrel portion, and heat-crimped to form a bottom rim part having the width exceeding 5 mm. A lower portion of the bottom rim part is folded inwardly to form a bottom rim fold-back part, and the width of a straight line portion of the bottom rim of an upper part of the bottom rim part is set to be ≤5 mm.
