SOLUTION: A circulation path 31 constituted as a through-hole connects the door pocket inside space T and the railroad vehicle 100. A fan 33 connects the door pocket inside space T and a passenger room space S. Accordingly, temperature-controlled air fed from the fan 33 to the door pocket inside space T discharges the air of the door pocket inside space T from the circulation path 31 so that the door pocket inside space T can be filled with the temperature-controlled air of the passenger room space S. Thus, a surface temperature of the interior panel 21 and a door bottom wall 17 facing to the passenger room space S can be made closer to the temperature equal to the passenger room space S.
