    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive drive circuit of an electric motor, which can perform pinching processing. SOLUTION: When pinching of foreign matter is detected during the closing operation of window glass, a switch and the like including a pinching detection switch 66 are put into an ON-state so that both ends of a switch line 121 can be brought into conduction. Thus, a relay circuit passing through first and second exciting coils 131d and 132d for inversion is formed, and an electric current is passed through these coils. The passage of the electric current through the coils makes the state of switching between first and second latching relays 131 and 132 switched to an inverted state from a normal one. The operation of switching between the latching relays makes the direction of the passage of the electric current through an electric motor 2 reversed so that the window glass can be operated for opening so as to eliminate the pinching. The heat quantity integrating-subtracting part 15 subtracts the integrated heat quantity step by step, according to the elapsed time after the end of the operation of the motor 6. Here, the shorter elapsed time after the end of the operation of the motor 6 becomes, the larger the heat quantity integrating-subtracting part 15 sets the subtraction quantity per unit time, when the integrated heat quantity is subtracted.
