摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new roof tile serving as a base for fixing a solar battery module almost directly onto an inclined roof via a connection fitting, with good efficiency. SOLUTION: The roof tile 1 to which the solar battery module 70 is fixed via the connection fitting 20, has an engaging projection 10 formed at the center of an upper surface, with which the connection fitting engages, and an engaged portion formed at a head portion A thereof, with which an end 50 of the connection fitting is engaged. The roof tile 1 has a flat portion A1 having a predetermined width between an insertion portion C and a ridge portion D, extending from a tail portion B to the head portion A, and a central head portion 9c which is set by extending the flat portion up to an edge of the head portion and then undercut, functions as the engaged portion. The connection fitting has an aperture 31 formed at the center thereof, which then engages with the engaging projection, and has a first tongue elastic portion 32 formed at an end thereof, which then engages with the central head portion 9c, whereby the roof tile and the connection fitting engage with each other at two engaging portions.
