    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which does not disturb a monochrome image passing through a separation part, when a monochrome image is outputted, that is, a transfer material conveying means is separated from an intermediate transfer body by maintaining positioning accuracy when a color image is formed, with a simple configuration.
