摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color toner for electrostatic charge development which ensures appropriate image gloss and is excellent in color reproducibility, offset prevention, transferability, durability, electrification stability relative to humidity, crushability, film prevention, etc. SOLUTION: The structure of the color toner is constituted such that an island-like binding resin is dispersed in a sea-like binding resin and a releasing agent is substantially enclosed in the island-like binding resin. The sea-like binding resin does not contain a THF insoluble constituent. Also, in the sea-like binding resin, weight-average molecular weight by GPC is 10,000 to 90,000. In addition, one or more kinds of inorganic fine particles with at least a specific surface area of 60 to 400 m 2 /g are added to the sea-like binding resin. Further, the island-like binding resin is produced by performing, two or more times, a mechanochemical method, a method for exerting impact in high speed air flow, or a method for reforming in hot air.
