摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust catcher which facilitates sewage treatment from waste in a part projecting to a belt conveyer in a rake route so as to hold good external appearance and hygiene environment and eliminate any trouble in cleaning or adjusting a chain. SOLUTION: A dust catcher is provided with a berth clean 10 which is arranged in a channel W and locks waste G in the channel, a rake 14 which is raised along the berth clean 10 and rakes up the waste, a chain 30 which circulates the rake from the berth clean 10 via a projecting part H so as to return it on a waste carrier path 12 in the upper part of the channel, and a waste holding part 38 which is provided along a route from the berth clean 10 to the return point. The projecting part is so formed as to be horizontal or down-grade toward the return point.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from remaining on a transfer belt conveyor by forming a water hole through a belt of the conveyor for transferring trashes scraped up by a movable rake. SOLUTION: A belt conveyor comprises a horizontal roller at the center thereof and inclined rollers arranged at each side thereof, and the cross section of a belt 14 is formed into a downwardly protruded shape while the belt is being moved. And water holes 17 are formed through the belt 14 at regular intervals along the center line thereof and the size of each hole is made to such an extent that the hole prevents trashes from falling down therethrough and allows water to flow therethrough. Trashes, which are carried by a water flow and captured on a screen, are scraped up by a movable rake and dropped by reversely moving the rake so as to be guided by a guide plate and put on the belt conveyor. The trashes contain water; however, water is removed while they are carried by the conveyor so that bad smell due to the decomposition thereof can be prevented and hence mosquitoes or flies are prevented from being generated. Thus good external appearances and sanitation can be maintained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To separate long pieces of rubbish by moving rubbish raked with a raking member such as a rake on a guide plate, thus dropping small pieces of rubbish from an opening of a guide plate, and raking the long pieces of the rubbish and dropping them at the position of rake return. CONSTITUTION:When a pair of endless rake chains 4 are run by driven a rubbish removing device A, rubbish is raked up with a rake 3 and so move on a lower guide plate 13. Then, when the rubbish moves on an upper guide plate 14, small pieces of rubbish such as guide cans are sorted out with a long object carry-out rake 5 and then dropped from an opening 14, and thus carried out outside with a horizontal conveyor 17. Long pieces of rubbish remaining on the rake 5 are dropped at the position of return of the rake 3. So, they are contained in a container via a long body carry-out guide and thus carried out outside. Accordingly, the rubbish is automatically sorted into small pieces of rubbish and long pieces of rubbish without fail.

Further, the bar screen 12 is fixed to the screen beam 24 through the arm part 32b of each screen bar 30. Thus, the interference of the bar screen 12 with a rake is prevented, and scraping property can be improved.
