A separate region between adjacent protruding portions 3B is a band hooking portion 4 around which a band is hooked for fixing the container 2 to the top wall 3A, where the upper surface of the top wall and the outer peripheral side surface of the top wall in the band hooking portion 4 are connected by a curved protruding portion 41b that is continuously provided lateral to the upper surface of the top wall and inclined downward and a flat surface 41c that is continuously provided outward from a lower end of the curved protruding surface.
