SOLUTION: The mixer control means S, when no communications signal is applied to the water heater 7 from the hot water temperature setter 71, controls the hot and cold water mixer 20 so that the temperature detected by the mixed water temperature sensor 33 equals the fixed temperature of hot supply water. Temperature sensor 33 equals the fixed temperature of hot supply water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device with improved safety and operability.
