    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a load bearing material which prevents buckling of a compressed material when compressed.
      SOLUTION: A compressive force is applied to a PC steel rod 3 arranged in a steel pipe 2, and a tensile force in a longitudinal direction of the steel pipe 2 is applied by an elastic restoration force in an extending direction of the PC steel rod 3. A filling material 31 is filled partly in a cross section of the inside of the steel pipe 2 to cover the PC steel rod 3 by the filling material 31 by using the unbonded PC steel rod 3. After the filling material 31 is cured, the PC steel rod 3 can be compressed by applying the compressive force to it without causing buckling of the PC steel rod 3. After the compression, the tensile force is introduced to the steel pipe 2 by the elastic restoration force of the PC steel rod 3, and the steel pipe 2 can be extended.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protecting fence reinforcing structure with supporting columns stable against load on protecting faces and superior in constructing efficiency for improving the protecting function of a protecting fence.
      SOLUTION: The plurality of reinforcing supporting columns higher than a protecting fence body 1 are erected at intervals near the existing protecting fence body 1, and upper protecting faces 23 higher than the protecting faces 4 are provided between the reinforcing supporting columns 12. The upper protecting faces 23 each have a band body 21. The protecting function is improved by upwardly expanding the protecting faces 4 of the existing protecting fence body 1.
