    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive structure base isolation foundation for suitably coping with secondary force by fault displacement and ground displacement causing residual deformation of the surrounding ground in a foundation of a building such as a bridge constructed in the vicinity of the weak ground and a fault becoming large in deformation of the surface layer ground by an earthquake.
      SOLUTION: A structure 30 is placed on the foundation 31 constructed in the ground 32, and a base isolation layer 35 is interposed between a structure loading surface 33 of a foundation upper surface and an under surface of the structure. The base isolation layer 35 has a horizontal movement restricting means 36 capable of relatively moving the structure under surface in the horizontal direction to the structure loading surface 33 via a shock absorbing material 40, and restricting the excessive horizontal directional movement of the structure 30 to the foundation 31 around the structure loading surface 33.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mobility, a soundproofness and the braking properties of a sound insulating wall, and to enhance the work environments of working regions before and after a truck.
      SOLUTION: In soundproof and dustproof methods of the working regions in an excavated tunnel, a facility truck, in which an air-supply duct 22 and an exhaust duct 24 are disposed on an upper section, a traveling mechanism 26 and a brake mechanism 28 are disposed on a lower section and the sound insulating walls 44, which cover approximately the whole region of a tunnel cross section, to which open-close door sections 40 passing heavy machinery and cars are formed and sealing materials 42 are arranged on outer peripheral edges, are disposed on a front section respectively, is moved to a region immediately after an excavation. In the methods, an excavation region in front of the truck is supplied with fresh air while dust is collected by interrupting front and rear sections in the tunnel 14 of the moved truck by the walls 44, and the work environments in the working regions before and after the truck are improved.
