    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing far-infrared emitters capable of maintaining a function for emitting far-infrared rays, even when used for an extended period of time by applying far-infrared ray-emitting fine particles onto a resin substrate without spoiling the function for emitting far-infrared rays.
      SOLUTION: The method for producing far-infrared emitters comprises a process for applying a silane coupling agent solution in which far-infrared ray-emitting fine particles are dispersed onto the surface of the substrate and a process for irradiating radiation onto the surface of the substrate applied with the silane coupling agent in which the fine particles are dispersed, and the silane compound is chemically bonded onto the surface of the substrate by radiation graft polymerization.
