The inner wall of the stepped part (11) of the ink-fountain body and the rear end of the link holder (30) are closely fixed. Zero-point adjustment is executed by moving the ink blade (20) with eccentricity while making the pivotal-support position of the eccentric wheel (35) related to the oscillation of the link (31) constant.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating microbubbles with an enhanced cleaning effect by reducing each bubble diameter of microbubbles to increase the surface area, so as to enhance the surface activity.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus for generating microbubbles includes: a main mixing part 3 having an inflow part 5 in which a pressured gas is flowed and an outflow part 6 from which a mixed fluid is flown out; and a sub mixing part 4 having a mixing chamber 11 for mixing a plurality of liquids press-fed from a plurality of liquid inflow ports 12, 13 to send the mixed fluid to the main mixing part 3. In the main mixing part 3, both channels of the inflow part 5 and the outflow part 6 have large diameters, and the center part is a small-diameter part 7. The inner wall of the mixing chamber 11 of the sub mixing part 4 is formed into a polygonal shape, wherein the plurality of liquid inflow ports 12, 13 are opened to be in contact with the inner wall of the mixing chamber 11, and a vortex flow of the mixed fluid generated in the mixing chamber 11 is mixed in the small-diameter part 7 of the main mixing part 3 to generate microbubbles.
