    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall repairing anchor pin for preventing from narrowing clearance generated between an outer wall finishing material layer and a concrete skeleton, before injecting an adhesive, when repairing an outer wall.
      SOLUTION: This anchor pin is composed of a pin subject 10, a shaft body 20, and an expansively opening cone 30. The pin subject 10 forms a shaft body inserting port 11 for inserting a shaft body 20 on the base end, and forms a tip expansively opening part 12 on the tip. Recessed-projecting tooth bodies 15 and 22 are formed on an inner peripheral surface of the pin subject 10 and an outer peripheral surface of the shaft body 20. The adhesive is injected into a construction hole bored toward the concrete skeleton from the outer wall finishing material layer to be repaired, and the adhesive is injected into the clearance generated between the outer wall finishing material layer and the concrete skeleton. Next, the anchor pin is inserted into the construction hole, and the tip of the pin subject is expansively opened by the expansively opening cone by striking the shaft body. The anchor pin is fixed to the concrete skeleton, and the outer wall finishing material layer is pressed and fixed by a base end diametrally expansive part of the shaft body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt which is fixed to a base material, maintains the fixture thereof to the base material even if the base material consists of two layer portions, and prevents separation of the two layer portions at an interface between the layer portions by injecting an adhesive into the interface between the two layer portions or into micro-cracks or the like occurring in the base material, and to provide an anchor bolt fixing method.
      SOLUTION: The anchor bolt 1 is formed of an anchor bolt main body 4 having a screw portion 2 inserted into a prepared hole 19 formed in the base materials 17, 18, and a sleeve-shaped reaming member 6 formed on the periphery of the screw portion 2, for reaming the prepared hole 19 in a manner pressing an inner surface of the same by rotation of the anchor bolt main body 4. The anchor bolt main body 4 has an adhesive passage 21 formed therein, and the adhesive 20 is injected into the prepared hole 19 from a rear edge opposite to a front edge of the anchor bolt main body 4, which is inserted into the prepared hole 19, via the adhesive passage 21.

The anchor 100 is inserted into the prepared hole 2 in which the packing material 4 is charged until the expansion member 102 is brought into contact with the bottom of the expanded hole 3.
