    • PURPOSE:To improve the centrifugal force resistance performance of a fan blade by coupling a rotor winding and a slip ring in a punched part formed on the inner periphery of a fan, and filling insulating resin in the punched part. CONSTITUTION:A rotor winding 9 wound on a bobbin 11 is engaged and held to be retained on the inner surfaces of opposed Landolt type pole cores 2, both are integrated by a shaft 10, thereby forming a rotor 1. A slip ring 3 is held by resin molding on a shaft 10 at the end of the shaft, and the ring 3 and the winding 9 are coupled at a coupling unit 7 by a connection bar 12. A cooling fan 4 is held at the end of the pole core, a punched part 6 is formed at the corresponding part of the unit 7 of the fan 4, and insulating resin 8 is filled therein.

    • PURPOSE:To enahance the vibration-resisting property of an AC generator and reduce the shaft length of a rotor, by pulling out a connector coupled to a slip ring, to a trough section between rotor poles through an opening between pole cores and then coupling the connector to a field coil. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 3 is fitted with pole cores 4-6 and slip rings 2. A field coil 7 is provided around the core 5. A brush holder 1 is opposed to the slip rings 2. A groove h-1, through which the connection terminal 2-a of the ring 2, is provided in a shaft insertion hole h-3. The position of the groove h-1 is determined by the step height of the shaft 3 and dixed by knurlings. The connection terminal 2- a is provided with an insulating tube 8 and perpendicularly bent and is pinched between the cores 4, 5. The end of the terminal is electrically coupled to the lead termil 7-a of the field coil 7. The core 5 has an escape groove h-2 in which the connection terminal 2-a is fitted. This results in reducing the occurrence of snapping of the coupled portion of the connection terminal
