Furthermore, when the arrival of the thick and thin sections at the means 22L and 22R is calculated with pulse encoders 20L and 20R, the means 22L and 22R come near or part from each other, depending on each control signal. Regarding both side ends of the thick section as slightly cut, both side end sections of the next towel cloth A are properly folded in three with three-folding means 25L and 25R, similar to both side end sections of the thin section, and sewn with sewing machines 26L and 26R to a good finish condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve spreading efficiency by switching the rotating direction of a disk-like cutter so as to drive a texture to be cut to a fixed edge on the front side of the traveling direction along the traveling direction, and cutting it regardless of the traveling direction of the cutting direction (even under the condition of down cutting). CONSTITUTION:A cutter base 18 is reciprocatably provided on a guide rail 17 installed in parallel with a rotatively driven endless belt 12, and a disk-like cutter 19 rotatively accelerated by a cutting motor 25 is rotatably provided on the cutter base 18. The cutter base 18 is suspended on a moving base 20 fixed to the belt 12. A cutter 19 is formed into a slant face near the periphery of the upper surface as a one-side edge, and fixed edges 38, 39 supported by a plate spring 37 fitted to a guide member 36 are pressed to the cutter 19 from below to cut a texture. The rotating direction of the cutter 19 is switched according to the traveling direction so as to drive the texture to be cut to the fixed edge 38 or 39 on the front side of the traveling direction when the texture is cut.
