    • PURPOSE:To lighten a cushioning material for a chair or the like by setting up a liquid binder before being hardened superficially on one face side of a fiber aggregate of specified thickness, spraying gas from the top of the binder, and dispersively impregnating the binder in the fiber aggregate and then hardening it. CONSTITUTION:A fiber aggregate 21 is held between a reticulating body 20 and another reticulating body 22 smaller in mesh than the former, and a binder 23 is applied on the reticulating body 22, feeding it into a device 10. Next, compressed air is fed to a device 11 from a supply source 13, having it vigorously sprayed toward the fiber aggregate 21 from a nozzle 12. This air jet passes through a baffle part 17 of a base from an opening 15 and is discharged out. At this time, the binder 23 is blown into the fiber aggregate 21, and it is dispersed and impregnated uniformly among fibers. Then, its hardening takes place. With this constitution, adhesive strength is securable with a minimum amount of binder and lightweightiness is promotable.

    • PURPOSE:To construct an extremely large heat storage tank having a good efficiency under the ground by surrounding the periphery of a natural water retaining layer by natural water impervious layers spaced apart up and down and water impervious walls artificially constructed, and inserting a pipe into the water retaining layer in the interior thus surrounded. CONSTITUTION:The titled heat storage tank is a tank which utilizes a place where a water impervious layer 3 is formed by a rock bed or the like into a groove shape, and a clayey water impervious layer 2 exists at the upper part of the layer 3. A water retaining layer 1 consisting of pebbles and the like exists in the groove-like portions. Walls 4 are provided separately from each other between the water impervious layers 2 and 3, and a part of the outer periphery of the water retaining layer 1 is surrounded by the walls 4 and the water impervious layers 2 and 3. Embedded pipes 6 are inserted through two independent water retainining layers 1, and pipes 5 are also inserted therethrough. In summer season, hot water heated by a solar water heater is poured into a heat storage tank on the left side by means of a pump P. In winter season, hot water pumped up and the heat thereof is utilized by a heat utilizing body 7 such as a space heater or the like. Water whose temperature becomes relatively low by the above utilization is further cooled by external air, and is poured into a heat storage tank on the right side. In summer season, cooled water is pumped up, and can be utilized for space cooling.
