摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound wave levitation device capable of efficiently vibrating a vibrating body more than a conventional device, by accurately detecting a resonance frequency when exciting a long size vibrating body by an excitation side vibrator.
SOLUTION: This sound wave levitation device levitates an object by using radiation pressure of an ultrasonic wave by vibration of the vibrating body by exciting the excitation side vibrator connected to one end of the long size vibrator. A power source device 23 has a constant voltage control means for controlling an oscillator 22 for exciting the excitation side vibrator by constant voltage, and a control device 29 for constituting a frequency sweeping means for sweeping output of the oscillator 22 by constant voltage control over the preset whole frequency area. The control device 29 stores a peak frequency corresponding to maximum amplitude of at least the vibrating body and a peak frequency corresponding to amplitude large in the second place in a memory 32 among the output peak of a voltage sensor when sweeping a frequency.

A plural number of auxiliary elastomer shearing springs 25 are selectively inserted between the frame 50 and the plate 24 to be selectively engaged with them to change an overall spring coefficient between the frame 50 and the plate 24.
