    • PURPOSE:To prevent the flotation of a liner resulting from the carbonization of an adhesive and the reduction of the effective cross section of a passage by connecting the core material of a reinforcing member and a lining main body by the connector piercing the peripheral wall of the lining main body and integrating the fluoroplastic of the reinforcing member and a fluoroplastic liner by welding. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reinforcing members 3 are provided to the inner peripheral surface of a fluoroplastic liner 2 along the axial line of piping 1 over the total length of the liner 2 and each of them is formed by surrounding the periphery of a core material 4, for example, made of a steel plate. The core material 4 and the piping 1 are tightened by a stud bolt 7 being a connector and the fluoroplastic 5 of each reinforcing member 3 and the fluoroplastic liner 2 are welded (welded part 6b). As a result, the fluoroplastic liner 2 is reinforced by the reinforcing member 3 to prevent the flotation of the liner 2 and fixed strongly and easily. Since the reinforcing members 3 are arranged in parallel to the flow direction of the piping 1, by the presence of the reinforcing members, the effective cross area of a passage is not reduced and smooth flow is not obstructed.

    • PURPOSE:To embody the strip material capable of confirming the positional relation of a lock male part and a lock female part when a worker is situated in an existing pipe to line the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe with the strip material by a sticking system and capable of rapidly and certainly performing lining work. CONSTITUTION:A fitting ridge 13 is provided to one side edge part in the lateral direction of the base plate 12 constituting a strip material 10 and a fitting recessed part 18 is provided to the other side edge part thereof. A hinge part 122 is provided to the base plate 12 at a position displaced to the inside of the lateral direction from the position of the fitting ridge 13 by a proper distance and the ridge 13 and the peripheral part are made bendable in the direction becoming the inner peripheral surface at a time of the formation of a pipe. In such a state that these parts are bent, the strip material 10 is rolled in a coil shape and the fitting ridge and the peripheral part thereof are folded back to be engaged with the adjacent fitting recessed part 18 of the strip material to form a pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To make the repairing of a pipe achievable from the inner surface side in a short time and accurately as well, by laminating X covers consisting of a thermoplastic resin impregnated sheet in piles in a central area on the outside of a sheetlike base free of widening motion so as to constitute a repairing coating body. CONSTITUTION:When a pipe 48 of a sewer or the like is repaired, first of all, in a state that a coating body consisting of a base 12 and a cover 14 is externally fitted in an expander 40, these elements are shifted up to the spot of a recess 50 formed in a repairing spot, in this pipe 48 via a rope 52. Next, an expansion part 44 of the expander 40 is inflated by compressed air to be fed via a nipple 46, and a coating body 10 is expanded, insomuch that both ends of the base 12 are slightly overlapped, and simultaneously the cover 14 consisting of a thermoplastic resing impregnated sheet is expanded in the radial direction in the state that both the ends are slightly lapped, thereby making the cover 14 and a partition member 16 go along an inner surface of the pipe 48. Subsequently, pressure in the expansion part 44 is released and the expander 40 is pulled out, while the base 12 is made to maintain its expanded form with its engagement with an engaging hole in an engaging part 28.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain a heating device at a fixed temperature so as to manufacture a band wire of fixed quality by using an intermittently heated preheating device, and driving a band wire manufacturing device with a time difference kept between heating process and movement of wires. CONSTITUTION:A preheating device 5 is provided which serves as a preheating means for heating to a predetermined temperature a plurality of insulated core wires 3 arranged in parallel in their longitudinal direction and intermittently drawn by a drawer 3 end a control device 11 is provided which serves as an action controlling means for actuating the preheating device 5 before actuation of the drawer 3 is started, and lowering actuation of the preheating device 5 before actuation of the drawer 3 is stopped. Thus a band wire manufacturing device is so controlled that there is a time difference between movement and heating of each insulated core wire 1 in order for the preheating device 5 to heat each insulated core wire 1 at a fixed temperature. Thereby the insulated core wires 1 preheated at a fixed temperature are thermally fused to each other under fixed conditions by pressure contact method so as to make the quality of a band wire constant.
