    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring assembly which can easily be processed and manufactured and of which the coil spring is firmly fixed on a base plate. SOLUTION: The spring assembly is constituted by fixing the seat winding part 2a of the coil spring 2 on the base plate 1. An inner wall 11 extended along the inner periphery of the coil spring 2 and an outer wall 12 extended along the outer periphery of the coil spring 2 are formed on the base plate 1. Either the inner wall 11 or the outer wall 12 constitutes a spring fixing wall which is processed in a shape which can prevent the seat winding part 2a of the coil spring 2 from axially coming out.
