    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine leveler in which a lower work rolls can be changed easily and maintained in the simple manner. SOLUTION: The fine leveler is provided with a lower frame structure 4, a frame member structure 2 comprising an upper frame structure 6 fitted to the lower structure 4 with freely opening and closing conditions and a movable frame structure 7 mounted on an upper frame structure 6 in movable conditions, a lower work rolls 8 fitted to the lower frame structure 4, an upper work rolls 10 mounted on the movable frame structure 7, and a lower drive transfer mechanism to drive the lower work rolls 8 pivotally. Furthermore in the fine leveler, the one end of a lower lateral wall 14 for the lower frame structure 4 comprises a lower wall body 36 and a lower supporting block 40, and the one end of the lower work rolls 8 is supported by the lower supporting block 40. The fine leveler has a drive connection between the lower work rolls 8 and the lower drive transfer mechanism, which is released when taking off the lower supporting block 40 and lower work rolls 8 after positioning the upper frame structure 6 at the open position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a rotary shaft to be smoothly rotated at a constant angle in the range of total angles by pressing the rotary shaft by means of a bark and forth moving driving cam. SOLUTION: A sliding stepped face 6 is formed to be projected at one end part of a cutout face 5 formed in the direction of a hypotenuse at a part of the outer periphery 2 of a rotary shaft 1, and an inclined cam face 13 of a driving cam 11 is pressed against the sliding stepped face 6 to be slid to rotate the rotary shaft 1 through a constant angle. First, the inclined cam face 13 of the forth moving driving cam 11 is pressed against an outside step edge (e) of the sliding stepped face 6 to rotate the rotary shaft 1. After the inclined cam face 13 comes into surface contact with the sliding stepped face 6, an inward step edge (f) of the sliding face 6 is pressed n the course of the inclined cam face 13 to rotate the rotary shaft 1 up to a final angle.
