    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna system at low cost the broadbanding and downsizing of which can easily be attained. SOLUTION: The antenna system 1 is provided with: an inside radiation conductor 3 and an outside radiation conductor 4 provided to one side of an insulation base 2; a feeding conductor 5 penetrated through the insulation base 2 and connected to the inside radiation conductor 3; a ground conductor 6 provided to the other side of the insulation base 2; a first short-circuit conductor 7 whose both ends are penetrated through the insulation base 2 and connected to the inside radiation conductor 3 and the ground conductor 6; and a second short-circuit conductor 8 whose both ends are penetrated through the insulation base 2 and connected to the inner radiation conductor 3 and the ground conductor 6, and the outside radiation conductor 4 is formed to a region for enclosing the inside radiation conductor 3. The inside radiation conductor 3 of the antenna system 1 is excited by feeding power to the feeding conductor 5, and the outside radiation conductor 4 is excited by the electromagnetic coupling between the feeding conductor 5 and the second short-circuit conductor 8.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unbalanced antenna wherein a ground conductor is reduced while maintaining the antenna characteristic.
      SOLUTION: The ground conductor is reduced by leaving at least part of the ground conductor confronted with a radiation conductor in order to maintain an operation like a pole to form a vicinity electromagnetic distribution with the radiation conductor opposed to the ground conductor. Further, part of the reduced ground conductor around an end apart from a feeding part is made of a conductor with low conductivity. When the ground conductor is extremely reduced, since mode mismatching is necessarily caused, at least part of an outer conductor of a coaxial feeder connected to the feeding part is covered by a current absorbing body so as to forcibly suppress a leaked current.
