    • PURPOSE:To keep white balance in a photosensitive part constant by correcting the spectral exposure of light which reaches the photosensitive part to be constant according to the detection output from a light detection means. CONSTITUTION:The light detection unit (photosensor) 24 is set in an optical path between a spectral transmittive filter 23 and the photosensitive part 30. The detection output from the light detection means 24 are processed to be compared so that the control of comparison is performed by executing feedback to a CRT circuit. By setting the light detection unit 24, the luminance of the spectral light emission of the light which reaches the photosensitive part 30 can be measured. By controlling the CRT, the spectral exposure of the photosensitive part 30 can be always kept constant. Thus, the white balance in the photosensitive body 30 can be kept constant even if the distribution of the spectral light emission of the CRT is changed according to a temperature, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a still picture faithful to a signal source, also to accept a high-speed video signal and further to reduce the size and cost of the image recording device by imposing speed conversion on a binary-coded signal and projecting binary images corresponding to respective levels on a monitor television successively and recording them on a film one over another. CONSTITUTION:The voltage value outputted by a comparison voltage generator 14 is the lowest voltage value V1 at a controller 10, and a voltage comparator 12 converts a video signal of one red image screen into a binary signal on the basis of the voltage value V1. A video signal corresponding to odd-numbered scanning lines in the binary-coded video signal is decomposed into picture elements with a sample clock signal from a clock generator 20, and the picture elements are stored in line memories 18a and 18b alternately and successively and also read out of the line memories 18a and 18b alternately at a speed half the write speed. The signal read out of a storage means 16 is scanned on the monitor television 24 to obtain a monochromatic binary image. At this time, a red color filter 26 is selected, so the red binary image is recorded on the film 30.

SOLUTION: The retinas writing type video display device 10 is equipped with a signal processing circuit 11 for extracting a luminance signal, chroma signal and synchronized signal from a inputted color video signal, respectively, a white light source 12 for emitting white light having brightness according to the luminance signal extracted by the signal processing circuit, a wavelength conversion type optical band pass filter 13 for emitting light after transforming the white light emitted from the white light source into the light having a wavelength according to the voltage of the chroma signal extracted by the signal processing circuit, a scanning means 14 for performing a horizontal scanning and a vertical scanning of the light having the wavelength emitted from the wavelength conversion type optical band pass filter based on the synchronized signal extracted by the signal processing circuit, and an image-formation means 15 for making the light having the wavelength scanned by the scanning means to image on the retinas of the eyes.
