摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally test a protection circuit by electrifying a main circuit of electric equipment with the current from a temporary power source device.
SOLUTION: The temporary power source device 19 is connected to a grounding switch connection position 20 on a high-voltage side of a main transformer 12. In the condition that a generator 11 is separated from the main circuit, one end of each of through cables 24 is connected to each of three phases on a low-voltage side of the main transformer 12, and the other end thereof are connected to generate three-phase short circuit condition through a bushing current transformer 17 for detecting the current of the generator 11. The temporary power source device 19 supplies a test power source to the main circuit in this condition. A clamp meter 30a measures voltage, current and phase on a secondary side of the current transformer 16 and the bushing current transformer 17 for detecting current on a high-voltage side of the main transformer 12. The protection circuit can be thereby totally tested.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure the turn ratio with high accuracy without being affected by the coupling degree of two coils by measuring each terminal voltages when a voltage is applied from a primary winding side and when a voltage is applied from a secondary winding side. CONSTITUTION:A switch which connects an oscillator OSC and voltmeters V1 and V2 to the primary winding and secondary winding selectively is switched under the control of a control computing element to apply the output of the oscillator OSC to the primary winding first and the terminal voltages across the primary winding and secondary winding are measured by the voltmeters V1 and V2 to obtain K1 as their ratio V2/V1. Then the switch is switched to apply the output of the oscillator OSC to the secondary winding, and the terminal voltages are measured by the voltmeters V1 and V2 as well to find K2 as their ratio V1/V2. Then (K1/K2) is found as the turn ratio which is not affected by a gap. Namely, the turn ratio is found from n2/n1=(K1/K2) .
