摘要： PURPOSE:To enable temperature detection and control with high accuracy, by providing the temperature measuring body in which different types of conductive powder are crossed at one point at other side of the substrate, in the heater for electronic copy machine providing surface heating layer on one side of insulation substrate. CONSTITUTION:On one side of the insulation substrate 1 of film or cloth shape, the heating band layer 2 is provided, and the surface heater is constituted by providing the temperature measuring body 3 crossing and overlapping the two types of conductive layers 4, 5 including different types of conductive powders on another surface of the substrate 1. As conductive powder, Au, Pt, Ag, Pd, Ni, W, Mo, Cr, C, stannous oxide, and barium titanate powder can be used. The conductive layers 4, 5 can preferrably be formed with coating by means of print method for the required part with the paste mixing conductive powder and organic or inorganic heat resistant binder.

摘要： PURPOSE:To accelerate the response performance as well as to increase the durability by inserting the hot wire strand containing the heat contact into the thick and large-caliber metal protective tube with its one end closed and then filling up the insulating agent. CONSTITUTION:Hot wire strand 2 containing heat contact 2a is inserted along with filling tube 8 into thick and large-diameter metal protective tube 1 one end of which is closed. Then insulating agent 7 (such as MgO, etc.) is supplied from the upper part of tube 8 while giving vibration to tube 1 and lifting up tube 8. Thus strand 2 is positioned within tube 1 and at the same time filled up evenly with insulating agent 7. After filling agent 7, opening part 9 of tube 7 is sealed up via the resin or the like along with the diameter reduction process given. Thus the deterioration of the strand can be prevented due to no air existing within tube 1. As a result, the response performance can be accelerated by 5-8 times as much as conventional, at the same time increasing the durability owing to the increased outer diameter along with the facilitated manufacture.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent stresses from concentrating at corner parts and causing cracks and failure at the resonating owing to external vibrations by beveling the circumferential edge parts of the thermocouple inserting hole openings and end face circumferential edge parts of the support insulators provided within a protection tube. CONSTITUTION:Plural detecting windows 2 are formed on the peripheral wall at one end part of a cylindrical protection tube 1. Two insertion holes 4 are in parallel formed along the axial direction between both end faces of support insulators 3 such as of cylinder-shaped steatite. The insulators 3 are inserted in a plurality in the pipe 1 by leaving a space at its one end part and are arrayed in the axial alumel wire 6 and a chromel wire 7 are inserted into the holes 4 by continuously inserting and supporting the wires 6, 7 therein with their temperature detecting end part being exposed in the space at one end of the tube 1. At this time, the circumferential edge parts of openings at both end faces of the insulators 3 are beveled to be formed to mild curved faces.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible to economically detect the opening of a thermocouple by charging a capacitor before the next metering operation and by subsequently discharging the charged voltage to a circuit having a thermocouple. CONSTITUTION:The voltage at a metering point is stored by a thermocouple 1 in a capacitor 6 and then is converted into a temperature value by a CPU through an amplifier 9 and an A/D converter 10. Before the metering operation of the same point after the subsequent point or a preset time lapse is accomplished, the capacitor 6 is charged at such a DC voltage 16 as sufficiently high in comparison with the voltage generated in the thermocouple 1. The charged voltage resulting from the DC voltage is discharged to the circuit having the thermocouple 1. When the thermocouple 1 is open, the DC voltage sufficiently higher than the signal voltage at the subsequent or same point is impressed upon the metering circuit thereby to make it possible to easily judge the existence of the opening.
