    • PURPOSE:To enable to form easily and reliably a flow path, by a method wherein a protruded part is kept formed on a predetermined position of a heat press, and surrounding part and a part becoming a divider part for formation of the flow path are pressed and heated partially. CONSTITUTION:On account of a matter that protrusion 12 are kept formed respectively on parts corresponding to a sorrounding part and a divider part, simultaneously with gelation solvent welding of the divider part 8 for sealing of the surrounding of a heat exchanger panel and formation of a flow path are perfomed with the protrusions 12 by pressing and heating by making used of a mold 11 of a heat press which is capable of pressing partially. In other words, with this partial paressing and heating, both side resin sheets of the double-strutural woven fabric are made to weld with a solvent to each other through the double-structural woven fabric. As an adhesive agent in a gelatinized state can be soaked easily into the woven fabric, a surrounding sealed part 7 and the divider part 8 are made into rigid article by welding sufficiently with the solvent. With this construction, a special sealing component for the solvent welding is unnecessary and the flow path of the heat exchanger panel can be formed easily and, moreover, reliably.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to improve durability, to prevent dew condensation from developing and to improve lighting property by a constitution wherein cold or hot water is supplied to heat radiating pipes, the whole surface of each of which is transparent or on a part of said transparent surface of which radiant heat reflecting film is formed, in a radiator for radiant heating or the like. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylindrical heat radiating pipes, the whole surface of each of which is transparent, are connected to manifolds 2 and 3 in order to dissipate or absorb radiant heat by being supplied hot or cold water thereto. In this case, in accordance with the installation site and conditions of a radiator A, radiant heat reflecting substance 4 is coated or pasted on one side of the radiator A and the side facing to things to be heated or cooled is left transparent. Due to the constitution as mentioned above, dew condensation is prevented from developing and the durability of the radiator can be improved without disturbing lighting.

    • PURPOSE:To improve productivity and obtain the heat insulating panel with high dimensional accuracy by a method wherein hotpress operation is applied under employing a lower movement preventing jig, having protuberances for stoppers, and the upper movement preventing jig, having hanging down rims, for the operation. CONSTITUTION:The lower movement preventing jig 6 is provided with a base board 61, the protuberances 62 for stopping, which prevents the shifting movement of a lower surface plate 3 and peripheral frames 63, located at the periphery of the protuberances 62 and being projected upwardly to specify the thickness of the heat insulating panel. On the other hand, the upper movement preventing jig 5 is formed into a shallow box type provided with a top plate section 51, having the same configuration and size as the upper surface board 2, and the lower hanging down rims 52, bent downwardly from the peripheral rim of the jig. The lower surface plate 3, the heat insulating base member 1, the heat exchanger 4 and the upper surface board 2 are superposed on the lower movement preventing jig 6 while the upper mevement preventing jig 5 is put thereon. Then, the whole of them are hotpressed from upper and lower directions thereof under such combined condition by a hot and cold press method.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to promote the efficiency of energy necessary for heating or cooling and at the same time obtain an economical heat exchange system with a low initial cost of a space in a building by a method wherein liquid refrigerant is flowed directly onto the inside surfaces of the side walls of the space in the building. CONSTITUTION:When the cooling in a chamber 11 is intended, a feed water pump 21 is started in order to send under pressure the hot water 29 in a balancing water tank 18 through a filter 22 to a feed water pipe 20. Because the temperature of the surfaces of side walls 12a-12c, which act as the heat sources for radiant heating, is below the set value at the start of heating, a control circuit 24 issues a signal so as to open solenoid valves 23a-23c. The hot waters flowed down to the respective pipes 19a-19c are jetted against the respective side walls 12a-12c and flow down along the surfaces of the respective side walls. As a result, the side walls are heated and the interior of the chamber 11 is heated by the radiant heat emitted from the side walls. When the temperature of the surface of the side wall 12a detected by a temperature sensor 25 exceeds the set value, the output signal of the control circuit is turned OFF, resulting in closing the solenoid valves 28a-23c. Further, the side walls are utilized as the heat exchange means for cooling the interior of the chamber 11 by flowing down cooling water instead of the warm water.
