摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably lower the level of a pollutant, by premixing fuel and air enough before combustion, and giving a practically constant fuel-air ratio to a combustion range, under all working conditions of an engine. SOLUTION: An engine system 700 is equipped with a combustor system 710, and the combustor system 710 uses an external premixer 760, and the external premixer forms a circular combustion range 754 by a fuel nozzle 764 and a liner housing 740, and circular combustion range 754 is supplied with a premixture where fuel and air are premixed enough before combustion by a venturi 768 in tangential direction. Then, this is equipped with a compressed air valve 790 united with the premixer 760, and gives a constant fuel-air ratio by controlling a fuel valve 792 under control of a controller 794. Hereby, the level of a pollutant can be lowered.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a combustion system being used for radial turbine type gas turbine module drastically reduced with NOx and CO level. CONSTITUTION: An annular combustor system 10 has an annular housing 40 defining a single stage combustor, an external fuel/air premixer system 60 having a mixing chamber 52 and a compressed air valve 90 and a fuel valve 92 both under the control of a control means 94, and provides a preselected lean fuel/air ratio mixture for introduction to the combustion zone 54 of the annular housing. Compressed air conduits 80 are used to channel a portion of the total compressed air flow to the premixer and the remainder to the dilution zone 56 of the combustor. A fuel conduit 66 is used to deliver all of the fuel to the premixer. Convection cooling of the annular housing is accomplished using compressed air without diluting the fuel air ratio in the combustion zone. The axis of the venturi 68, of which inlet is sprayed with fuel by nozzles 64, is aligned substantially tangentially to the annular housing axis 42 to provide a swirling admission of the premixed fuel/air mixture to the combustion zone.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of a gas turbine combustor by reducing little by little the height of a cooling duct, and/or increasing little by little the surface roughness of an inner wall of the cooling duct. CONSTITUTION: A whole mass flow coming from a compressor 7 is employed for pure convection cooling of a combustor 1. This is achieved by adapting cooling action for a locally different thermal load. Namely, the height of the cooling duct 4 is reduced little by little, viewed in a flow direction of cooling air. For example, the height of the cooling duct 4 is adapted such that it is linearly reduced. The height may be reduced exponentially for example. Further, there may be additionally disposed longitudinal and transverse ribs 8 on the cooling duct 4. Further, local surface roughness may also be changed optionally. Thus, efficiency of a gas turbine combustor is improved on the basis of reduction of drawing loss.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent partial heating of a combustor due to the deviated flow of the air, by a method wherein a double-structured titled combustor is constituted such that a high resistance flow uniformizing means is located at the high speed part of a flow- in air and a low resistance flow uniformizing means is situated at the low speed part thereof in the vicinity of the inlet of an annular passage. CONSTITUTION:A main flow 36 of the air for combustion, flowing through an annular chamber 13 by means of an air exhaust port 12, flows around a tail tube 14 and collects to the back 21 side of the tail tube. However, since the upper side 35 of a flow uniformizing tube 29 is projected throughout a way to the back 21 side of the tail tube, a part of the air flows to an annular passage 30 between the flow uniformizing cylinder 29 and an annular tube 4. The rest flows in a space between the flow uniformizing tube 29 and the chamber 13, is inverted as shown by arrow marks 38 and 41 and flows downward, and flows in the annular passage 30 from below as shown by arrow marks 37 and 39. Thus, the resistance of the annular passage on the tube 21 side of the tail tube 14 is apparently increased over that of the belly 22 side, the speed of the air on the upper side in the annular passage is equalized with that on the lower side in the annular passage. This prevents creation of the deviated flow of the air in the annular passage and enables prevention of the occurrence of partial heating.
