    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect plural dimming control units and plural dimming panels to each other, and prevent the lowering of the transmission speed even in the case where a part of the plural dimming operation units is failed by connecting the dimming operation units and the dimming panels with a contention type bus connecting method. SOLUTION: A transmitter receiver 10 of a dimming panel 8a outputs the connection related table inside of a memory unit 12 to each dimming operation parts 7a-7f at the same time. Each transmitting circuit part 13 of the operation parts 7a-7f, which received this output, outputs a bit line to a transmission processing part 14 so as to convert it to the data frame of the connection related table, and this data frame is stored in a memory part 16, and a dimming control signal is sent to the predetermined dimming panels 8a-8d. When an encoder 17a of the operation part 7b is turned right, the number of lights of display LED 17 is increased in response to the manipulated variable of the encoder, and an operation part 17 outputs the dimming control signal to the transmission processing part 14 through an I/O processing part 15. The processing part 14 sends the dimming control signal to the dimming panel 8b and the operation unit 7c through the circuit part 13. The dimming panel 8b controls a lighting load 9 on the basis of the manipulated variable commanded by the dimming control signal.

    • PURPOSE:To improve durability and to facilitate maintenance by lighting up aluminum louvers by the rays introduced by optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:The photoirradiation ends 14a of optical fiber cables 14 are disposed apart from the aluminum louvers 10 on the outer side of the aluminum louvers 10 and the aluminum louvers 10 are irradiated with the light emitted from the photoirradiation ends 14a so that the aluminum louvers 10 are lighted up at night time. Design covers 16 are disposed on the outer side of the optical fiber cables 14 to cover the optical fiber cables 14 so to make the cables invisible from the lateral side. The optical fiber cables 14 are provided for the respective aluminum louvers 10 or one piece each of the optical fiber cables 14 are provided for two pieces each of the aluminum louvers 10. The other ends of the optical fiber cables 14 are introduced to the point at the leg or central part of the span of a bridge, where operators for maintenance and inspection are easily accessible. The light source is provided at this point.
