摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction transmission device having less variation, less noise, and easy machining even under use as a reducer for high-speed primer motor. SOLUTION: Driving rollers 1, 1A and following rollers 2, 2A abutted to a floating ring 5 at its inside opposite internal peripheral faces, respectively. A frame 8 for supporting roller shafts of at least one of the driving rollers 1, 1A or the following rollers 2, 2A is freely moved. Pressing force is generated between the floating ring 5 and each roller 1, 1A:2, 2A. As a stepped reducer, one cone body is axially divided into two at the middle point to form two cone-type rollers. The small-diameter roller is used as the driving roller 1A. The large-diameter roller the following roller 2A. The floating ring 5 is formed to movable along the outer peripheral surfaces of the driving roller 1A and the following roller 2A.
