摘要： PURPOSE:To simultaneously perform wind power generation and wave power generation so as to improve power generation efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Wind receiving blades 3 are provided on a water floating body disposed sylindrically, and the blades receive wind force the while mooring water floating body by a mooring device 4. Power transmission casters 5 are disposed horizontally between the mooring device 4 and the water floating body, and the water floating body causes the casters 5 to be rotated by resultant force of the rotating force produced by wind force and the vertical movement of waves. A power generator 6 is operated by the rotating power from the casters 5 to generate power. A wind receiving angle control device 3 changes the angle of a wind receiving blade 2, and converts the wind force to the rotating force of the water floating body. A part of the water floating body is lost and the defective parts 1a are connected to each other under the surface of the water to take the defective part as a ship passing port. Thus, the wind force and the wave force can be converted to electric power energy while making the surface of the water in a ring 1 in windbreak and breakwater state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To supply electric power at low cost by a method wherein a first and a second generating equipment are installed with a water-conducting pipe interposed in between, and a generating turbine of the first generating equipment is operated by water from the first generating equipment and a generating turbine of the second generating equipment is further operated by the water discharged from the first generating equipment. CONSTITUTION:A first generating equipment 1 incorporating a turbine 6 is installed at the bottom 101 of the water while a second generating equipment 2 incorporating a turbine 13 is made being afloat over the surface 102 of a water area 100. One end of a water- conducting pipe 3 is connected to the inside of a gaseous body-pressurizing chamber 4 in the first generating equipment 1, and the other end thereof is connected to a water discharge port 9 in the second generating equipment 2. Generation of electricity is made by operation of the turbine 6 that is turned by water forcibly conducted into the gaseous body-pressurizing chamber 4 through the water-conducting port 5 of the first generating equipment 1. The water inside the gaseous body-pressurizing chamber 4 is conveyed through the water-conducting pipe 3 to the water discharge port 9 of the second generating equipment 2 and is further discharged to the water area 100. At this time of discharging, the turbine 13 is made to turn for generation of electricity. Thereby electric power having high energy efficiency can be obtained.

For the valve mechanism 6, an air pipe 7 and air suction pipe 8 are provided to the casing 5, and the air suction valve 12 consisting of a valve seat 10 provided to an opening 9 for the air and a ball 11 that floated from the valve seat 10 by suction pressure of the air piston to seat by its tare is provided to the inside of the air suction pipe 8. A valve seat 14 is provided to a port 13 of the air pipe 7, and a ball 15 is floated and seated by air pressure of the air piston.

And a generating unit connects a seawater motor 20, driven by the pressure of seawater, with the end part of a pressure water pipe 18 connected with the feed water pipe 16 further couples a generator 23 with a rotary shaft of the seawater motor 20.
