摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent being plated on an unnecessary part other than a circuit, for the forming of the conductor circuit being performed well, by dipping at first in the acid aqueous solution of a chromic acid without any halogen ions as a dipping in a chemical roughening solution, and then dipping in the acid aqueous solution of a chromic acid containing specified halogen ions as a dipping in a treating solution. CONSTITUTION:A base board with a plating-resist with through-holes provided at specified positions is dipped in a chemical roughening solution, an acid aqueous solution of a chromic acid without any halogen ions. The halogen ions are F , Cl , Br , and I , and each ion concentration of the chemical roughening solution is less than 10ppm. Next, the base board having been dipped in the chemical roughening solution is then dipped in an treating solution, the acid aqueous solution of a chromic acid containing the halogen ions. This treating solution contains more then one kind of ions out of the halogen ions, F , Cl , Br , and I , by the concentration of more than 10ppm a kind. As a contained compound, such acid as a fluoric acid and hydrochloric acid or such salt as a sodium fluoride and sodium chloride is given. The temperature and time of this treatment differ depending upon the combination and concentration of a halogen ion, acid, and a hexahydric chromium compound in the treating solution.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surface-treat the title molding so as to give thereto a surface free of surface delamination and excellent in an ability to bond to paint or adhesive and adhesion to platings, etc., by bringing an acid solution containing sulfuric acid into contact with a liquid crystal polyester resin molding. CONSTITUTION:A melt-processable polyester (a) of a weight-average MW of 2,000-200,000, which can form an anisotropic molten phase, is mixed with 5-80wt.% finely powdered inorganic filler (b) (e.g., calcium pyrophosphate) of a mean particle diameter of 0.01-100mum, selected from among the elements of Group II of the periodic table, their oxides, sulfates, phosphates, silicates, carbonates, elements of Al, Si, Sn, Pb and Bi and their oxides and, optionally, 1-60wt.% fibrous inorganic substance (e.g., milled fiber) of a diameter of 1-30mum and a length of 5mum-1mm, and the obtained mixture is molded into a liquid crystal polyester resin molding (A). An acid solution (B) containing at least 80wt.% sulfuric acid is brought into contact with component A at 40-80 deg.C for 3-210min.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit direct application of a plating having adhesive power on an epoxy resin having high chemical resistance by using a chromic acid soln. contg. no sulfuric acid for etching in a plating method consisting of respective stages for preetching, etching, catalyzing and electroless plating. CONSTITUTION:The epoxy resin is preetched by an org. solvent. Said resin is etched by the chromic acid soln. contg. no sulfuric acid in the 2nd step. The chromic acid is thereby penetrated in the part swollen by the preetching and selectively dissolves said parts. Fine pores are formed on the resin surface at a high density by controlling the compsn. of the etching soln., temp. and time. For example, the etching is executed for 2-20min at 200-700g/l CrO3 concn. and 50-70 deg.C. The resin surface is thereafter metallized by subjecting the same to catalyzing and activating then to electroless plating by known methods.
